Despite being long-time customers who had even held their wedding rehearsal dinner there, the reviewer was shocked by the lack of hospitality during their recent visit with their family. Upon arrival with their 4 children and husband's mom, they were immediately seated even though one person was not present yet. The server repeatedly asked for their order within a span of 7 minutes, and when the missing person arrived, they were questioned about their delay. The reviewer felt pressured to order quickly and encountered an unhelpful attitude from the staff. Even after waiting for a different server to take their order, the employees hovered and gave them looks while they enjoyed their dessert, prompting the reviewer to conclude that they would not be returning to the restaurant.

We had the teriyaki chicken and steak with fried rice. It's worth going back again, but I'm no expert on Japanese food.
