Service was great and the product is tasty as always. But $4 for a regular single scoop is just a bit ridiculous! Suffice to say, it isn’t worth it anymore.

Went in for a pint of ice cream, they didn’t have one pre-packed in their fridge. Asked to have one packed and they said they couldn’t do it. They had plenty of the flavor, just didn’t want to fill a pint I guess. Don’t advertise for something your staff isn’t willing to do.

They get busy on the weekend but there’s a reason. Always a delicious experience.

Been going to B&R for decades. Always top quality and really good ice cream. The staff is hit and miss when it comes to being friendly and welcoming. Pretty normal these days anywhere. My biggest complaint is the serving size. The scoops used to be pretty generous and have shrunk over the past few years. Now the scoops are smaller than the cone and half the normal size of old. I guess I will have to order a quad scoop to make up for the double i used to get. Shame on you B&R owner on 700 E 9400 … – show

Ice cream was good — the workers were all good except one their “team lead” who wouldn't accept our gift card — she kept arguing that it's not valid and kept giving excuses — we tried with a different person it worked then my wife tried explaining the situation and she came and rudely butt in interrupting when trying again she said the same thing “oh it didn't work — it's not being accepted — it isn't valid” well it worked with this guy… Worst experience ever
