However, I would recommend avoiding the location on State Street and 1700 South, as their hamburgers are not up to par. Stick with the healthy roast beef sandwiches instead.

Normally I just use the drive throu... read more I have never felt compelled to write a negative review before, but this experience at the restaurant really stood out to me. Normally I just use the drive through for fast food, but this time I decided to dine inside. I had an issue with a specific employee named Yadnira. I ordered my food with a drink, but when I realized she hadn't given me my drink, I went back to the counter. She insisted that she had given it to me, but after some back and forth, she finally gave me my cup, slamming it on the counter in the process. As I waited for my food, I noticed that none of the tables were clean. While Yadnira and another employee, who I assumed was the manager, were standing around, everyone else seemed busy. It was clear that there had been previous issues with Yadnira based on other reviews I had read. If you encounter Yadnira, I would suggest asking for assistance from someone else.

I noticed they had a lot of orders coming in, so being a bit hangry might have made me too quick to judge. My order was only missing the sauce, which indicates they performed quite well overall. I'm giving it 4 stars because I believe management could have been handled better. For instance, instead of openly yelling at the obviously young employee who might have been feeling anxious during the rush, it would have been more effective to handle it differently. However, given how busy it was, I can understand that it was a stressful situation for them, trying to manage a group of young adults and teens. After all, we're all human!

Her customer service was impressive and very polite. However, the fries could use a little improvement. Despite that, I’m giving 5 stars for the outstanding customer service!
