Arby's is, in my opinion the worst fast food place. Horrible food and service. Worse than taco bell. Would not recommend.

The Arby's location in Sandy is fantastic. I have been a lifelong fan of Arby's because of their delicious meat. However, I would recommend avoiding the location on State Street and 1700 South, as their hamburgers are not up to par. Stick with the healthy roast beef sandwiches instead.

I have never felt compelled to write a negative review before, but this experience at the restaurant really stood out to me. Normally I just use the drive through for fast food, but this time I decided to dine inside. I had an issue with a specific employee named Yadnira. I ordered my food with a drink, but when I realized she hadn't given me my drink, I went back to the counter. She insisted that she had given it to me, but after some back and forth, she finally gave me my cup, slamming it on the counter in the process. As I waited for my food, I noticed that none of the tables were clean. While Yadnira and another employee, who I assumed was the manager, were standing around, everyone else seemed busy. It was clear that there had been previous issues with Yadnira based on other reviews I had read. If you encounter Yadnira, I would suggest asking for assistance from someone else.
