We went after lunch was able to get parking right outside. The trust was super quiet. It was lovely and peaceful walking round. I loved that you could walk through the enclosures by being on a platform. Got to see all the animals and it was great to see they had so much space to roam and that the enclosure was similar to the environment they would naturally be in. Thought the price was reasonable for entry. Lovely pl... View all feedback.
What Bashwell doesn't like about Wildwood Trust:
We entered for the last of the late summer events, we were disappointed that even though they stated there would be keepers around doing animal talks we didn't see any at all, apart from taking payment and in shop. We saw plenty of animals although the nocturnal obviously were playing hard to find. The area is nice to walk around with a mainly circular route, natural looking pens and well maintained. My kids and I loved it here, such a wonderful selection of animals in great natural environments. The walk way over the bear enclosure was a particular highlight and the playground was great too

My favorite was there bears would recommend and hopefully we will be back.
Great place to visit. They do a lot of conservation work and walking round is a pleasure. The bear enclosure was my favourite part of the visit.
As a family, we had a wonderful day when we visited. There is plenty of picnic benches dotted around for people to use. Lots of facilities also. All of which are clean and well maintained. Great play Park for the children to play in too. Favourite thing for the kids was the bear rope bridge and the play Park. They loved seeing the bears and wolves. I only have 2 negatives, The service in the cafe was VERY slow. It was not busy and I only ordered a tea and hot chocolate and it took 15 minutes so be prepared to wait. The playhouse in the younger children's play area smelt very badly. It obviously isn't cleaned or checked it just stunk of poo.
The grandkids loved running around and looking for animals. The bears are the highlight. I didn't realise how big Elk are!
