What SharniDaley doesn't like about The Prince Balti:
I ordered from Just Eat and my food arrived more than an hour late. We attempted to call the restaurant after 30 minutes, but the phone was busy for over 20 minutes. My partner went to the restaurant to ask about the delay, but was informed the delivery driver had already departed. When the food eventually arrived, it was cold and undercooked. I was unaware that new owners had taken over the restaurant until I received my order and saw the updated menu. There were fewer choices available and the garlic chilli chicken was inedible due to the intense heat of the chili. Despite them saying it was hot, we found 16 chilis in the dish and we enjoy spicy food. The butter chicken was average and lacked flavor, while the keema nan was strangely yellow inside and had no meat. Additionally, they did not have the prince Balti special rice, which was disappointing. The sheesh kebabs were also light in color and very spicy. I have never had keema nan with red meat before. Although I have always enjoyed the food from this restaurant in the past, this time I was disappointed as I ended up throwing most of it away for £25. I will not be ordering from here again, but I must say that the staff were professional, the delivery was quick, and the food arrived piping hot, even if it wasn't to our taste.
The kebab at this restaurant is decent, with friendly staff and a convenient location just around the corner. They also offer good chips, and there is a cash machine nearby.
I ordered a mixed kebab wrap through Just Eat for £4.95, but what I received was not at all what I expected. The chicken was undercooked and cold, and the restaurant didn't attempt to resolve the issue. I would not recommend using this restaurant.

I will not be returning to this restaurant.
