Paid for a variety bucket costing £19.99, received a bucket with 22-25% of the items missing. So in other words, I paid for something the branch knew about yet, purposely, did not quality check, inspect and therefore sent out on a delivery. Paying for items not received theft…
The flaming wrap should be called a nugget in a baby tortilla wrap. This snack is a joke. Photo is attached. Make your own decision whether it’s worth buying it. The cardboard box covering it had more substance!!
I’ve not always had the best experience at the Capehill KFC branch however Leroy changed that yesterday and showed me what it is like to receive exceptional customer service where this branch is concerned. Leroy was very patient and understanding with me and did all he could to ease my frustration caused by another member of staff and I left that branch a happy customer. Leroy is a true asset to your business and it would be a more enjoyable experience for customers if you had more members of staff like him. Thank you Leroy.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, the staff is friendly, although the drive-thru service can be slow. However, it is worth the wait. The restaurant is conveniently located near various shops, making it easy to grab a meal after shopping as a reward for yourself at the end of the day.
