Description

KFC locations are garnering contrasting feedback from patrons. While some commend the tasty chicken wings and efficient service at their city center outlet, others express deep dissatisfaction. Reports of rude interactions with staff, including abrupt service and unprofessional behavior, paint a troubling picture of customer relations. Additionally, issues with disruptive beggars inside certain establishments have raised concerns regarding safety and management's response. Despite the popularity of the offerings, these recurring service challenges could deter loyal customers, leaving some to reconsider their dining choices at this fast-food chain.

In the evening there were two girls who ignore very slow talk to each other, when asked about order says mins and lasted half an hour bad body language, no feeling of urgency. I'm here a lot, manager's no one. to take responsibility for this time.

I visited kfc in big bridge thru today and I was rudely greeted my wife named tiffany I asked her after sauces and she closed the window on me, so I knocked the window to tell her to open it and she cried. "u don't have to be so rude" to me, so I said they are very rude and have bad customer service skills and when I joined another of their colleagues that tiffany closed. who hired them must think their position new and maybe put them in the kitchen and not talk to their customers, we just wanted some sauces! will not be visited here again

My friend and I recently visited the drive-thru at this restaurant and ordered a krushem. We were shocked to receive a message from an employee named Scarlet Molecular. The workers here were rude, immature, and unkempt. They need to prioritize cleanliness and professionalism over having a good time. Disgusting service!

This is the best hamburger they have ever had, and the fries are now much better than before - much tastier and a good value.

Avoid dining at this restaurant, as beggars will pester you. I had just settled my mother, who is in a wheelchair, with her food when a beggar repeatedly came in and harassed us. He approached several women inside, asking for food. The managers did nothing to intervene, making me concerned for our safety. The beggar was rude and disrespectful. When I spoke to the manager about the situation, they indicated that this was not the first time something like this had occurred.
