Despite giving... read more We have been using the takeaway service for a while now, but recently, we have noticed a decline in the quality of both the food and the service. Despite giving them multiple chances, the last few orders we received were delivered late and arrived cold. On Valentine's evening, I specifically requested that the food arrive hot, but even after waiting for over an hour, it arrived tepid and unappetizing. The curries were barely warm, the naan bread was cold, and the overall taste was unpleasant. My wife and I both felt sick afterward and experienced stomach issues. Despite wanting to complain, I felt that the takeaway wouldn't care. It is clear that the service and food quality have deteriorated, and we will be looking for a new Indian takeaway to patronize. It is disappointing to see a lack of interest in maintaining customer loyalty. In conclusion, you get what you give - treating customers poorly will only lead to losing business.

How... read more The food at this restaurant is good, but the service is terrible. We placed an online order at 7:25pm and were told it would be delivered within 45 minutes. However, after an hour we were still waiting. We called the restaurant to inquire about the delay and were told to wait another 10 minutes. Eventually, our order arrived at 8:55pm, missing some items. The delivery driver even questioned if our order was correct, despite it being clearly stated. Overall, if you order from this restaurant, be prepared to wait an extra 30 minutes. It's no surprise they are no longer on Just Eat.

The food arrives quickly and hot. I have never been disappointed with a meal from this curry shop and always choose to order from them.

I text the restaurant to tell them my disappointment and was apologised to, and then just told that the lamb was freshly cooked. I do not agree at all. The lamb was awful and I will not order from here again. Which is a shame because at one time they were my regular takeaway
