My children and I visited the Subway on Venice Rd in Sandusky on Wednesday, 8/2/23, to grab some sandwiches before heading to Cedar Point. The four women working there were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They made delicious sandwiches and their kindness really made our day. When ordering delivery from this restaurant, they always seem to forget to put extra salad on the subs, even when it is selected as an option. This occurs almost every time, which is disappointing considering the otherwise good quality of the food. View all feedback.
When ordering delivery from this restaurant, they always seem to forget to put extra salad on the subs, even when it is selected as an option. This occurs almost every time, which is disappointing considering the otherwise good quality of the food.
Every time I attempt to order a sandwich, they inform me that if I do not have a pickup order, I will have to wait for at least 25 minutes. The last time they served me, I witnessed them preparing a sandwich after handling cash without washing their hands or changing gloves.
This restaurant on Venice Road in Sandusky, Ohio is a beautiful place with great people. The food is good and the manager, Tonia, is hardworking and wonderful.
The customer service was awful. We waited a long time just to place our order and ended up leaving without ordering. The date was 12/9/23 in case the manager wants to reconsider their practices.
