Wow, what an amazing experience! I just stopped to get gas and decided to grab a coffee, and I have to say, the staff here really made my day. They are so friendly, professional, and genuinely nice. Their beautiful smiles and excellent service left me feeling warm and happy, and that feeling will stick with me all day. Thank you so much, wonderful Dunkin staff! I may not know you personally, but you truly are fantastic!
This is by far the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had. It can only accommodate one or two cars at a time, which is quite frustrating.
You 'll either be served right away or you 'll be made to wait 10 minutes for a drink. I placed my order and was handed my donuts right away. Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my hot chai latte. Three other people came and received their orders immediatelyafter me. Coffee was made immediately for them and they were sitting before I even got my latte. And no, they were not shortstaffed. About four people at the drive through window and three more working the lobby . My latte came and it felt like thecup was half full and it literally just tasted like steamed milk. Waste of my money and time. Spare yourself the extra expenseor visit the Meijer across the street. They 're more likely to make a better drink.
We're here on a trip to cedar point. Stop to get coffee the lobby door was unlocked when we walked in very rude employee said the lobby's closed. So we went to the drive threw they refused to make any specialty coffees even thought it was 8 at night andthey didn't close till 10. Left and went to the one on Perkins Avenue way better service and employees
