Eventually the barte... read more One of my new favorites in Sandusky. We arrived and waited a while. Several people who worked there passed us and didn't say a thing to us. Eventually the bartender who was actually busy, came to us to seat us. The place is not much to look at. Kind of a typical bar that is disorganized looking with random seats and odd places to store stuff. If you are looking for ambiance, this is not the place. There was a browns game going on and they were blasting the TVs. But once again, it's a bar. We were pleasantly surprised at the prices for the food! We ordered and the food was also surprisingly fast to come out and our waiter, kept the refills coming faster than I would have ever expected for how busy it was. The food came out and I seriously had one of the best burgers I have had in the longest time. Perfectly cooked so flavorful!! Bravo!! The kids LOVED the chili. My husband LOvEd the pulled pork. Ok, we LOVED all of the food!! It was such a breath of fresh air to have a family meal that was so good for a good price with good service. And to find it in a pub! We will be definitely coming back next year when boating season starts back up again!

Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with fries complemented with a cold draft beer. Tasty, I highly recommend it.

Our friends in Cincinnati... read more My partner and I absolutely love this place! We visit twice a year, and during our winter trip, we always look forward to it the most. Our friends in Cincinnati often laugh at us for heading north during the winter, but we can't help it—we're winter enthusiasts! They also come up during the summer. We have a fantastic time here with delicious food and a wide selection of beers. Just read the other reviews; you really get your money's worth. I've never been disappointed!

Service was quick friendly and my fish fries dinner was absolutely delicious. Would definitely return again! My only complaint was that I bought a lottery ticket in their machine, but I did not win. : Maybe next time...
