We were not disappointed.... read more We dined at Pool Gazebo during our last visit in June and enjoyed it so much that we made sure to eat here again on our October trip. We were not disappointed. The fish is incredibly fresh, resulting in outstanding sushi. Last time, we opted for a mixed teppanyaki combination, but this time I chose the pepper beef. The restaurant also offers pepper lamb and teriyaki beef. I asked the chef for the pepper beef, and he was more than happy to accommodate my request. The meat was excellent on both occasions. The only surprise was the fried rice. The type of rice used here is different and turned out to be a kind we don’t particularly enjoy—it has a thicker, harder grain. This is more about our personal preference than any issue with the fried rice itself.
