I recently ordered two kotas, which I usually enjoy, and I'm really disappointed. The food lacks flavor, the chips and bread are stale, there's no seasoning, and it appeared as if it was prepared in just three minutes. As a regular customer, this experience is incredibly disappointing. Absolutely unacceptable.
