I haven't visited Arby's in years. We don't have too many in Los Angeles. The food was good and the menu has evolved over the years from what I can remember. Zucchini muffins were so good . Bri assisted us and she was amazing. From the moment we walked in the door, she greeted us with a bright friendly smile . She was very helpful and pleasant at her job. The menu lacks consistency, and you seem to remove the items I enjoy while keeping those I can't eat. You were doing well with the Mediterranean offerings, as the healthier choices were a positive aspect. It would have been better to stick with that approach!
I paid $15 for the smokehouse brisket meal, and there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. What's the deal with these restaurants not providing what customers are paying for? That's now three restaurants I won’t spend my money at again. I'm leaving reviews for all of them! Who's next?!
