We came in three to test a possible catering... rice well maintained, but gummed beans; ravioli of the plin tragically seasoned with cream; carpaccio with wet cauda semicotto because heated (! in the microwave; wine of the house (bottle of bitter and unbeatable barbery. In the flat and wet plain of the Vercellesi rice fields, as it does not reward the quality, professionalism, the genuineness of Bettola al Crocicchio di Carisio.
