Although it was hot and fresh, the quality was well not worth the wait! The gents working there were great! That is what saved their rating.

They don't tell you about the specials other customers tell you. I asked for a drink, and I was never told they did not sell that drink but they rang me up for a drink, knowing they didn't sell what I asked for. I believe one of the staff was being trained, but until they know how to do everything, they should not be taking orders alone.Parking: Lots of free parking

The dude... read more I went in there and placed an order. I got a 10 piece with fries, chicken tenders and fries and the cajun meal. I ordered 2 large drinks and 1 medium. The dude name que sd i ordered 5 drinks. I told him i only need 3 drinks...2nd time im telling him 2 large drinks and 1 medium. I got my order almost and hour later. When i got my order the girl gave me my drinks. I said i ordered 2 large drinks and 1 medium. She saud thats not what your receipt says. I said thats what ordered. She got the other girl involved and was ready to give it to me. She went and got the guy named que...he sd you never ordered 2 large and 1 medium drink. He argued with me about it. Showed the screeb but i never got my receipt or asked if i wanted it. The guy que was hardly in the store. He barely helped out the girls. There was like 5 orders. They were extremely slow. Another person was checking her order and they got her order wrong, too. When i got home with my order the fries on all the orders were cold. Barely edible. The wings were decent. I work at a restaurant and we have to cover our hair to avoid getting hair in the food. The stafff had no hairnets, hats or nothing on to protect the food. Which is a health department violation. Which i think i might call them about issue. My daughter was sick as a dog the next day. She has no food allergies.Update, i received a message from local store aplogizing. However. They gave me $5e gift card when i spent over $40. How does that does that help? You cant buy anything for $5 there.Update: corp posted something on there facebook page. I told them how is $5 gonna do something when i spent almost $40 at the store. They wanted to see how much i spent. I screenshotted a copy from my bank statement since store refused to give me receipt. Corp ended up giving me a $40 gift card.Im ordering again tonight lets see how it goes. Ill be posting another review.
