Watch out when you pay this location with a $20 bill because you won’t get it back .my order was $6 and I should get $14 back but Right away the cashier claims it was a $10 While I only had $20 in my wallet. The manger said she saw it on their camera as a $10 and when I asked to show it to me , she said is not allowed. . Totally dishonest location and their sub is like eating cheap bread with old lettuce and not fresh at all, so don’t waste your money and your time.
I just learned that all the Subways around us (owned by the same guy) have gotten completely rid of sweet peppers. I was that it was because not all stores have them. So, the owners is cancelling them all. Well, that cancels my entire family because every sub we eat has them.
When we had an issue with our sub, the manager here never reached out! They sent the complaint straight to their legal team, who of course repeated legal mumbo jumbo in their defense. It was insulting to have a simple complaint handled this way. We were already losing interest in Subway because they don't seem to use fresh made ingredients to begin with. This location usually has a moody employee who always seem like they are so busy and they're so tired of making subs, even if there are just a couple orders being picked up. We didn't appreciate the lack of empathy by whoever the manager is and won't return.
I got a Italian Spicy Slidder, and it had to be the worse sandwich I’ve ever had, not only was it not eatable because the bun was harder than a brick but the meat piece of Cheese was about as big as a Fifty Cent Coin, it was disgusting! NEVER WOULD I GET ANOTHER ONE OR A REGULAR SIZE, this was at the Nimmo Subway! Minus 10 STARTS IF POSSIBLE
