I... read more This store has gone completely downhill. The amount of disorganized employees behind the counter scrambling yet items are missing or drinks made incorrectly. I keep getting my drink made with oat milk bc the barista doesn’t read the drink ticket in full and assumes it’s the oat milk shaken espresso. It’s too time consuming to sit and wait for a drink to be remade when you’re on a crunch to get back to work. I have decided I won’t be coming here anymore. I tried to show grace, but seriously a change in management needs to happen I think.

If I preorder my drink 15 minutes in advance I should never wait another 15 in cafe. Honestly quicker to go through (ridiculous) drive thru. Please fix this Parking: Small parking lot beware large vehicles
