I would like to thank Ruth Chris for their excellent service on our special day. I love the way we were greeted and the confetti was on the table for our special day. Our waiter Tony was great. What JohnM doesn't like about Ruth's Chris Steak House:
Steaks were very good, sides not so much. Au Gratin potatoes were big chunks of unseasoned potato topped with cheese. Crispy brussels were anything but crispy, also unseasoned. Lobster mac and cheese for $28 was a bit of canned lobster on top of basic mac and cheese. Service was good. Biggest complaint is that the restaurant did not enforce its dress code. Allowed a table of 2 adults with 2 highchair aged kids to sit... View all feedback.

I come here at least twice a year and today was probably my least favorite time coming. It's very disappointing when you hear a waiter for another table go through the specials while our waiter mentioned none at all. When I asked about what the other waiter was speaking of , I was told by our waiter Malik that it was in the menu. However the actual Tomahawk Steak special was not in the menu nor was the Sea Bass. We felt like an after thought to our waiter's other guests and no it was not a busy night. How unfortunate
Always great and our service was fantastically good! My only complaint is that you have signs that there is a dress code. Baseball hats and caps In general are not permitted. My family and I always dress with slacks , collard shirts or dresses when we go to Ruth's. There were several patrons in the restaurant with ball caps and shirts and T-shirts. I realize that times are tough but I would encourage your staff to enforce the dress rules put down by the company
I recently dined at Ruth's Chris Steak House, and while the experience was mostly enjoyable, there were a few notable issues. Starting with the positives, the service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. The ambiance of the restaurant was also impressive, with a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere perfect for a special night out. The appetizers and sides were delicious and well-prepared, adding to the overall dining experience. The drinks menu was extensive, offering a good variety of wines and cocktails to complement the meal. However, the main event—the steak—was a bit of a letdown. I ordered my steak medium, but it arrived overcooked (no pink). While the flavor was still decent, the texture was not what I expected from a high-end steakhouse. Given the reputation of Ruth's Chris for perfectly cooked steaks, this was a disappointing oversight. In summary, Ruth's Chris Steak House offers excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere, and great accompaniments, but my experience was marred by an overcooked steak. I hope this was an isolated incident and that future visits will live up to the restaurant's high standards.
