I've eaten at the Refresh Cafe at ECPI University many times and while on rare occasions they have been out of specials, they consistently deliver on tasty food... read more I've eaten at the Refresh Cafe at ECPI University many times and while on rare occasions they have been out of specials, they consistently deliver on tasty food at fair prices. I am personally a BIG fan of their weekly pizza specials and their breakfast sandwiches can't be beat! China is a joy and Tori and the rest of the staff provide customer service with a smile even when there is a mid-day rush or when product is low. This is a great example of students doing their best to perfect their craft and gain experience in their field, while also juggling with the demanding food-service industry and inventory limitations. I highly recommend the house chips made with special CIV seasoning and whatever pizza special is there the week you visit.
