I enjoyed the Jersey favorite, my cookie was good but half way it was like cookie dough, I also ordered the roast beef cold sub it was ok but beef was slightly dry. Also the website says free phone with in app purchase. Once ordered I saw nothing about a phone til I got to the location a sign on the door indicating all details. View all feedback.

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready by 12:15. 12:45 and they still hadn't made it yet.They told me a bunch of conflicting stories like: oh we never got your order oh we already gave you your order we made it it's sitting right here (it wasn't) sometimes our online orders don't come through (my receipt was sitting right in front of them)Then when I got my order just about every item was wrong View all feedback.
I don't just got there for superior subs, I go there for BRANDON. we all love him give him a raise!
Had the tuna sub with chips and a cookie. Everything was very delicious.

Danny De Vito makes Jersey Mike's subs look amazing. I was not happy with this experience. The tables and surfaces were all dirty. I recieved some items on my sandwich which I had requested not be added and was not impressed by the sub— wishing I had gone to Firehouse subs instead. Other people I was with also complained of finding onions on their sandwich when they had asked for there to be none added etc. The whole location felt cramped and honestly kind of lacked any atmosphere. I would not recommend or return. Parking: There was plenty of parking the day we went, within a reasonable walking distance of the entrance. Kid-friendliness: There are mini sub options but I honestly found the lack of a kid menu a bit disappointing. Wheelchair accessibility: For accessibility, most of the seating options are bar stool type tables and chairs. There were a few lower tables where someone with a wheelchair or with a stroller might be comfortable but honestly the whole place was super cramped.
I went to this location because i been here multiple times and recieved great service. Well i went in and was not greeted by anyone the cashier(young african american) was on his phone in the lobby.. i didnt even know he worked there untill he came to take my order. He proceeds to take my order. Seems like he hates working there and lacks people skills. Plus he was on his phone even behind the counter. Then when my food was ready(thank god he was not the one making it). He pushes the bag to me on the counter for me to get. Still did not say a word. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. Jersey Mike should hire people that actually want to work.
