This place exceeded my expectations. I had originally stopped here looked at the menu then decided no kept walking headed to CHICHO'S.... after sitting down at chicho's we left for their lack of attention no service. Then decided to head back here let me tell you this is a great spot for date night or huge gatherings. The inside was so cozy romantic. I went there with my husband to celebrate his 55th I had the Capell... View all feedback.
What Monique Labelle Wheeler doesn't like about Il Giardino:
I have mixed feelings about our dinner experience tonight. The good: my daughter loved her spaghetti dinner. The bad: the restaurant staff was experiencing pizza oven problems and then got distracted by a large group. My husband and daughter had nearly finished their meal and I had not yet received my pizza. The manager graciously offered it for free. However, our waitress was so busy she didn’t have time to check in... View all feedback.
Good evening !!! Before I shoot at this restaurant I must first introduce myself, I am the owner of IFD.. Italian Food Delight, an importer of Italian food, and an instructor of Neapolitan pizza, Pala, Romana, etc. with Academy courses for preferments and leavened products in general, both savoury and sweet!!! Unfortunately for this restaurant I can say that the only thing that worked was the girl who served us... we took. (Fortunately) Linguine with Clams... but it was just an insult to this dish, you cannot serve reheated pasta with clams... the pasta must be sautéed. Not to mention the pizzas which were another insult to a wood-fired oven, a dough made without any basic preferment, never seen a Neapolitan pizza made without rolling it out by hand, I'll show you the photos of what type of pizza was served to me... unfortunately here we need a good training BOTH FOR THE COOKING AND FOR THE PIZZAS... I am willing to provide advice if the owner deems it necessary!!!
I ain’t even try the food yet but the service ?. So good. ???.

My husband and daughter had nearly finished their meal and I had not yet received my pizza. The manager graciously offered it for free. However, our waitress was so busy she didn’t have time to check in on us. We were waiting a long time to even pay our bill. Just not the type of experience you want when wanting to enjoy a nice dinner during a short summer holiday. Edited: After taking the pizza home, I tasted it. Pizza should really be taken off the menu. I’ve had frozen pizza better than this one.
I loved the restaurant. The service was very pleasant, and I was always thinking about my grandmother who is of Italian descent. I loved the parmigiana and the lasagna was incredible. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that we found a cockroach crawling on the sofa we were on.
We arrived when they opened at 5pm on a Thursday evening. Everything was 5 star and on point, especially our waiter, Steve, who was very attentive, courteous, and friendly.
