The staff seemed indifferent, and there was no one at the front counter despite four employees being in the kitchen area. I waited for a full three and a half minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. When I spoke up, one of the workers closing containers made a sarcastic remark to her colleagues about how customers just need to be more patient. Shortly after, they began yelling for someone named Marcus, who was supposedly supposed to be at the front counter. This went on for another two minutes. Eventually, an employee came to the counter and treated me as if my presence was an inconvenience. The establishment was also dirty and disorganized, and there were hardly any customers there at the time. Overall, it seems the restaurant is lacking effective leadership at both the top and supervisory levels. Terrible service.
