This is one of the best locations in the USA. They have ran off all other competitors in the entire area. Their ice cream is fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and don't get weird attitudes when you ask for anything. The store is very clean and the ambiance is pleasing. Very well kept up place too. 5/5 in my book. A View all feedback.

Rude. Everyone that works there. Is just plain rude. 5 people, no hello, no greeting, no smile. I 'm about to drop $50 on ICE CREAM. Say Hello and be pleasant. There may have been training going on but if so the they are being poorly trained. The ice cream was good but not $50 good for ICE CREAM. I know what Cold Stone is, but to be treated rudely by spoiled teenagers is beyond what is acceptable. Oh, and the huff at the end when I didn 't leave a tip. LOL Why do you expect a tip for being rude?
I really loved my ice cream so much, I've been there before. It's very cool that you can mix the flavors together along with candies and brownies to mix with. The service was amazing and I looked forward to going to Cold Stone again. Thank you, Coldstone Creamery!
Lucas is AMAZING!!! He was so sweet and his customer service was off the charts me and my cousin came to your location on 10/28 and he helped us pick the most delicious combinations ? thank you Lucas, you rock!! Will definitely be back at your location soon
Lucas was the sweetest most helpful employee I have ever encountered! So sweet so attentive and kind . Just all out the sweetest person ! I will only come to this location moving forward!
Lucas/Lukas ROCKS! When the fam went for dessert and this particular coldstone didn't have the type of ice cream I typically get at other cold stones, Lucas was quick fo remedy, offering samples and suggestions. He made sure that he did whatever he could to ensure that the entire family had an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend coming by to say Hi to Lucas because I know he will take good care of you!
