Waited 40 minutes for an order, got the text that it was ready. When I got there, they told me that they changed my order to a smaller pizza because they ran out of large boxes and were not willing to work with me on putting slices into multiple boxes. Staff was very short and unapologetic including the manager. Never even got a call about the order change, they just assumed I would be okay with it. Used to love this... View all feedback.
Been eating here for 8+ years but changing my review (from 2 years ago) from 4 to 1 star. Used to be good food at decent prices but ever since the new ownership prices are up and quality is way down. Tonight we ordered a pepperoni pizza (undercooked), boneless regular wings (overcooked, like hockey pucks), and French fries (soggy). This is at 4:45pm on a Saturday and the dining room was *empty* so busy isn 't an excuse.
I ordered through GrubHub. My Chicken Parmesan dinner came as a sub instead. But I was charged for the dinner. When I called the restaurant, they offered to send out a Chicken Parmesan, but said that I would have to pay another driver fee. Not very apologetic either. I realize that mistakes are made. But this was a Tuesday night when business is slow. I will not be ordering from Brother's Pizza again. Very dissatisfied!!
Very family friendly place the bartender T was amazing whoever runs that place need to give her a raise

I came in to the great Neck location today for lunch. I ordered a stromboli and a large broluxe pizza (half only cheese and the broluxe part no olives add bacon) to go...as I went to cash out my tab I noticed my bill showed for a cheese pizza and 2.79 for each topping was added to the broluxe half...I reached out to my server bc those toppings were approximately 25 extra dollars to please have it rerang. She advised her manager advised to do it that way.... but bc it was already made she would she what she could do. I have been going to this location and ordered 2-3 24 in pizzas for events for more than 8 years. Eventually it was approved to ring it as the broluxe pizza. But the trouble I went through was extremely disappointing and made me question my loyalty.
