Went there during lunch time, it was crowded. Ordered takeways: Shanghai Chicken Rice and Lemon Chicken, both tasted good. The only downside was the waiting time, but it was understandable as it was lunch time. I bought some of their pastries, they tasted pretty good as well. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Novelty Cafe And Cake House:
Second time bought bread with hair inside, hygiene matter really concerning. Staffs also not friendly at all, face looked like customer owe them millions. Not recommend visiting this place. View all feedback.
