Ihop - Sand Springs

Food was hot, fresh and fast. Server was very attentive.

Service and atmosphere was great. My girl and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings carry out. First off , there was no bacon on our bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger didnt taste good as they normally do. Actually they were bad. Onion rings were pretty good. But , yeah. Did not like the cheeseburger. So. Doubt if we ll go back to this location. Had this same meal before at a different location and it was bomb. Maybe just a bad day??

The English muffin had no butter on it, and none was brought to the table. Leaving the English muffin tasting dry and not very good. Had to ask other waitresses for everything we needed. I think our server may have been new. She didn't seem to have any one training her but also did not seem to know what she was doing. Drinks refills had to be repeatedly asked for, butter requested, never received. Left a tip, although I'm not really sure why. Hoping she was knew and just having a bot of trouble. They were only two or three tables on the entire restaurantShe was not busy. I think we where her only table..

If I could give a zero I would. This place is awful. They tried 3 times to make my food correctly and still messed the entire order up. Didn't give me half my order and then argued with me about it. Staff had a horrible attitude about the entire situation. My advice go to another location.

Long wait for a table and then another long wait for our order to be taken. There were only 5-6 tables occupied. I saw at least 4 different employees milling about but no one seemed to want to work. We were there between 9 and 11 PM should have got up and walked out.
