Contribute Feedback What James Hatfield doesn't like about Charlie's Chicken:
Usually we get great food! Last night s dinner was a big waste of time and money! The food was nasty ! This isn't normal! Don't know what's going on but they need to pay attention to detail! I burned more fuel than I should have over dinner! That sucks! View all feedback.
We were excited to eat at Charlie?s Chicken because we?d never been to one. Sadly, we were very disappointed. The chicken chunks made me sick. It was not what I was wanting to deal with on a vacation or any time. : The Mac n? cheese was mushy andinedible. We will never return to ANY location.
I just went to Charlie's chicken and got two pint of gizzard this is the worst meal from them I've ever had burnt reheated and I order from them two times a week but this will probably be my last time. After my review the owners of this store did contactme with in about 30 minutes and did offer to replace the 2 gizzards for free with a receipt so I do give them points for clcustomer service I'm not sure if I will take them up on the replacement but I do appreciate them getting back to me. went backtoday and got a 3 pic chunk got something extra so done with them
I ordered a two-piece fish dinner with baked beans and an apple cooler, and I was extremely disappointed. The fish looked like it had been leftover from the day before, the beans were cold, and the cooler was flavorless. I ended up throwing it all in the trash, which essentially meant I wasted $17. I will never go back to this restaurant, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Typically, we enjoy excellent food here, but last night’s dinner was a huge disappointment and a waste of both time and money! The food was unpleasant, which is unusual for this place. I’m not sure what’s happening, but they really need to focus on the details! I ended up using more gas than I should have just to get through dinner, and that’s frustrating!
I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. I requested to speak with the manager, but I was misled about actually getting to talk to one. The manager was in the background, stating he wouldn't take any action unless I returned the old, unappetizing food I had already begun eating—a clear violation of COVID protocols observed by most establishments. When I asked for the names of the district manager and the manager on duty, both requests were denied. Instead, they told me to wait until tomorrow to speak with the general manager, Matt, to obtain the district manager's information for a formal complaint. If you're in the mood for chicken jerky, sandpaper-like rolls, and undercooked, doughy cobbler, then this place is for you. Otherwise, I recommend going anywhere else.
