Arrived and the restaurant wasn’t even half full Turned a table of 4 away in front of us. Told us one hour wait before they could take an order said that was okay we would sit and have a drink but was told no that wasn’t possible So we walked away together with the couple behind us Won’t be going to Buffalo Grill again Didn’t care View all feedback.
We had for several years left this restaurant, but with the poster that announced the change of manager we were allowed to try. With a half-filled restaurant, the service was very long. We had a waitress pressed and unpleasant. the quality of the dishes is really disappointing, we tested the raclette burgers, without flavor, a top-priced cheese that has very little taste, and a bacon that has passed in current. the quality of the steak however was good. to note that we had less fries than in the child menu, and a truly disappointing presentation, damage. desserts are frozen products (precised on the card), so apart from the ice, and the cookie cooked on site, which we tested and which is correct. short the price quality report is really not great. We will not return, too disappointed.
Buffalo is a well-known sign where the dishes are identical. No surprise but there I put the maximum note because the people we even asked for the first names to quote them here, were exceptionally professional and kind during our arrival not only late for lunch but also with our not particularly quiet cats. really delighted with the welcome this Sunday of echa and aline, what a pleasure to be welcomed with smile and benevolence!
Not offered complementary salad and as we were the only English speaking people in the place and every one else was I have to wonder. Mixed up our wine order. Placed the bill on the table a couple of minutes after . Should we feel paranoid? On positive side food was good.
Had an awful meal here a couple of years ago. Thought we’d give it another go. Not impressed! Put on a small table very near a noisy family group with an extremely loud child. Asked to move to a quieter table. Shown one even closer! I pointed out that it was just as bad and indicated lots of empty tables further away. Was told they were for 4 people. I asked where all the people were? Got a shrug! I indicated a table for two in a far corner. Grudgingly allowed to sit there. Then I had to retrieve menus from original table myself. Not Impressed, nor was I impressed with the food. A tasteless burger and mediocre ribs. The waitress was ok. The ‘greeter’ needs a lesson in customer service. Disappointed again!
We arrived late in the day tired and hungry and didn't really have a lot of choices of where we were in Macon, so chose the buffalo Grill. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table not because they didn't have a table but because the kitchen were absolutely rushed off their feet and they were working so hard in there (we could see them through their window). It was definitely worth the wait, out waitor was great, polite, friendly and efficient, we had burgers, steak and the ribs and they all came out piping hot, cooked perfectly and really really delicious. We also had a brownie and a mixed dessert and that was very good too. This was a really good choice for us and we would go there again. They just need a bigger kitchen and more chefs, but the ones who were there were doing an excellent job and our food was really great. Many thanks.
