At first glance, the Inn looks a little questionable but we could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Old New England charm, comfortable rooms and great hosts. View all feedback.
What Stefan T doesn't like about The Wakefield Inn:
There once was a great inn in Wakefield. It was owned and operated by a really nice family. The wife was a professionally trained chef and was in charge of the kitchen. The menu selection was very diverse, all of the dishes were superb, and the prices were very reasonable. Everyone gave the restaurant rave reviews and it was definitely worth five stars. But alas, unfortunately those good old days are gone now. Hopefu... View all feedback.

We needed a room for a night for a wedding and found this sweet inn. Check-in was super easy, they brought us right into our room. Honestly, we wish we had booked an extra night so we could try dinner. Breakfast comes with a stay, but we were pressed for the time in the morning so we couldn't stay, but it would have been nice. We had the Tibbet room, had our own bathroom and the Keurig was a wonderful touch for the morning. It was a cool night, so we had the heat and were comfortable all night. I love there was no TV in the room, but Wi-Fi was available as needed. If we have to stay in this area, we'll come back!!
My husband and I went to Jubilee. Food and service was amazing! The atmosphere was very relaxing. This is our new favorite restaurant and intend to tell all our friends and family? Call for reservations
We celebrated the 50th. Wedding anniversary at Wakefield Inn. The food and service was fantastic! Great atmosphere!
Excellent food and service in an historic New England property. Loved the lamb and prime rib with super side dishes and libations.
