The Hilltop - Sanbornton

Had pepper steak and it was burned. French fries were hard. The milkshake was small for the price. It's also expensive. The restaurant was cold.

Last night at the Steele Resort last night and at the Hilltop Restaurant for a dinner, I am quite satisfied that we did as it was excellent. When Monday evening it was quiet at 630, regardless of the staff was really friendly and the food was excellent. I ordered some chicken teeth in golden Bbq sauce with frits on the side and my friend ordered salmon, with some mixed vegetables and sweet potatoes. Everything was delicious and whatever they had on both frits was absolutely amazing! The first time here and not the last! We look forward to another great meal in the future!

We had a delicious pizza! The best we can ever remember! During our stay we had three pizzas at different times. All were delicious!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was terrible. We sat and waited 10-15 minutes with no one came to take our order. There were not many customers and only 4 tables were occupied. So we went to the counter and asked us nicely if we could order. The waitress approached us and said very rude? the only one here and I have to take care of them first? with reference to the other customer, but there were other employees there. None of the employees apologized for waiting or took our drinks order and we do not appreciate the attitude so we decided not to eat there. The waitress beat her book, rolled her eyes and left. Never had such a terrible customer service

Terrible restaurant! They did a Mother?s Day Brunch with a disgusting food for a not fair price $32 per person and they didn?t serve anything but breakfast menu the whole day until 3pm). Nobody pays $32 dollars to eat pancakes, eggs and a not well done mashed potatoes and 2 options of meat). The staff was not friendly, and the receptionist didn?t told us when we were checking in the day before about the Brunch. So basically nobody could eat in the resort restaurant without a reservation, we only ate because I was pregnant and they fitted us in after a lot of complaining!
