What David Mead doesn't like about Dunkin' Donuts:
I was this Dunkin ' Donuts, on new year (2017), to get two coffees—one for me and one for my best friend! I told them that I want to reload 3 dollars on my DD perks. I know how the machine works. He told me 'give me money! ' I told him that he needs to ring the reload first before paying. He got more nastier when he repeated 'give me money! ' I told him that he needs to have matters! I told my phone and left the buil... View all feedback.
Pros: - It's conveniently located in a gas station right next to the college, making it a great one-stop shop for a busy student like me. - The service is quick. I usually go to the Tim Hortons next door for coffee, but the drive-thru there is always crowded. At Dunkin', I can order more and still get my items faster. Cons: - Since it's next to a gas station, getting out onto the road can sometimes be a challenge, especially during busier times of the day. I rated it 3 out of 5 stars because while I was happy with my drink, getting out can be a hassle. I haven't visited the inside of the Dunkin' myself; I've only used the drive-thru. Overall, I recommend checking their mobile website to find a drink or sandwich you’d like to try out for a change. Most of my friends prefer Tim Hortons, but on the day they were closed at the college, we went to Dunkin', and everyone was really happy with their drinks.
The staff are consistently friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a wonderful experience. It's important to give the new employees a chance as well, as many of them are still in training.
This was honestly the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had, and I've been to McDonald's at 2 a.m. after a night out! The employees are incredibly incompetent, and getting a coffee took over five minutes. I just waited at the window for eight minutes only to be told they were out of soda. It felt like something out of "The Hills Have Eyes," where the staff seems far more capable!
I had the worst experience at this Dunkin' Donuts! I waited several minutes before placing my order, and when I got to the window, they asked me what I had ordered again. They struggled to enter my order into the computer, took a while to get me my coffee, and even longer to hand over my sandwich. When I checked my sandwich, it was wrong, which I had come to expect at that point. I notified them about the mistake, and it took another 3-5 minutes for them to remake it, only for them to mess it up again. I spent a total of 15 minutes at the drive-thru, and I was the only car in line!
I visited this Dunkin' Donuts on New Year's Day in 2017 to grab two coffees—one for myself and one for my best friend. I mentioned that I wanted to reload $3 onto my DD perks account, as I was familiar with how the machine works. However, the employee abruptly insisted that I "give him the money." I reminded him that he needed to process the reload before taking payment. His attitude worsened, and he continued to demand cash. I felt it was necessary to express that he should handle situations with more professionalism. Frustrated, my friend and I decided to leave. Please don’t think I’m being overly critical, but I wish he would have taken the time to learn the language and some basic customer service skills before working here. My advice to others is to be cautious when dealing with staff who might not fully understand the situation, especially those who come from overseas.
