What User doesn't like about Zinburger:
When we got to the restaurant they didn't have a table and said we requested outside. They put us next to the open bar with a table for 6 only half of us was covered by shade. The bartender was our waiter and we were forgotten and he was rude. They brought 5 meals and 15 minutes later the 6th meal was brought to us. We had a great server! I wish I knew her name to praise her. The wedge salads are our favorite! Always crisp and cold! Delicious! The burger and fries are always delicious! And my husband loves the chocolate shake!
Zinburger still lives up to serving great hamburgers, zucchini fries, good milkshakes. We went on Memorial Day and enjoyed 25% off our bill, which made the entire experience a great one!!
Zinburger delivers reliably good food. The burgers are always tasty and the salads are fresh. The burger bowl had some odd flavors and the Brussels sprouts were in chewable. The iced tea was far too weak. We had to move to a new table because of a gas smell coming from the outdoor fireplace.
Food coming out of the kitchen has improved in presentation, taste and timeliness. What needs to be addressed that is long overdue is a renovation. The restaurant is worn, tired, and dirty. The team has influence over cleanliness, but ownership needs to address the obvious capital investment that is long overdue.
Third time here. Very slow, but accurate service. I had two happy hour burgers that I ordered medium rare. They were both medium well (no pink at all). They were juicy but bland. Wasn't the experience I had previously.
