Truly a wonderful lunch we had, it even tasted better than the last time we visited! The bread of the pizza was exquisite, the perfect balance of crispy and soft. My husband had a meat lover and he even enjoyed the simple, green pizza of the prosciutto and arugula one! It's a great option if you want to try pizza that isn't heavy on the stomach and has a unique taste. View all feedback.
What Peter Pierri doesn't like about Scordato's Pizzeria:
First time here. Ordered the calamari which was a major disappointment. While it had plenty of breading, the fish was just tasteless. Between the 3 of us, we tried several pizzas, and all were quite good. However when the bill came, we were shocked to see an extra charge for using credit card… not okay!!! Won’t be returning due to this offensive policy.. View all feedback.
This place has the best red sauce. I've been there several times! Pizza, shrimp, bento boxes, and today I had the eggplant parm....amazing!! Everyone there is pleasant and helpful.Parking: I believe they have no steps insideWheelchair accessibility: They do not crowd the tables together. Plenty of room to wheel through.
First time here. VERY good, authentic Italian food. We were seated quickly and the food was very good, and very fresh. We started with stuffed mushrooms. Super good! We had the Italian sausage and onion pizza, traditional lasagna and Italian pot roast so everyone could sample a little of everything. The Sunday Gravy which is the lasagna sauce is a little over the top as far as red sauces go, but good nonetheless. A little goes a long way. The pot roast is outstanding. Tastes nothing like it's American counterpart. The seasonings are obviously Italian and SO good. Will definitely go back.
Being from NYC, I can honestly say this is one of the best Italian restaurants in the city always fixes my cravingVegetarian options: They take requests to leave out meat in any dishes they can.
The waitress' bubbly personality coupled nicely with the amazing food to provide a delightful evening's meal for my guests and me. The salads tasted amazing, yet used the sort of greens that I think contribute well to one's health. My eggplant parmesan had a good, crisp mouth feel, while tasting quite flavorful. The spaghetti served with it had just the right amount of chew to it that it didn't feel mushy, but not so al dente to make you feel they had not boiled it long enough. I drank coffee, which has an almost chocolate like taste, to me. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, a truly wonderful experience.
We came in 40 min till close so we got it to go. We ordered a LG half pep other half mushroom salad. The pizza was good! The crust sauce tasted delicious. I would go back for the pizza. The salad was not very good. It was brown and see thru and just Lettuce only the house dressing was not good either. Btw they only have 2 dressings options. While we were waiting other peoples food looked and smelled great!
