La Placita Cafe - Feedback

What RW doesn't like about La Placita Cafe:
3-20-24 UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF ?My group was meeting there for lunch.I arrived and asked the waitress was my group 's table in the back. She replied no.Alarmed, I immediately called our group 's president. She confirmed it was the correct restaurant.I went to talk to the waitress again, this time a waiter was setting up a group table n said that 's for my group.Confuse, I asked the waitress why she told me my group wasn 't eating there. She said she didn 't know my group was going to be there. I asked her why didn 't she simple say she didn 't know in the first place ... at this time the waiter who was setting the table interrupted loudly and rudly 'relax, relax '.Rudy and Unprofessional staff and guest service is a major fail.Rose. This is one of those places I almost hesitate to rate because it's a hidden gem and I don't want everyone to find out about it. It's a small, family style Mexican place. The food is great, it's usually quiet, and the prices are really good. One of my favorite places to get dinner. View all feedback.
