Typical hole in the wall atmosphere. But damn the food was great. Had the breakfast burrito and the potatoes were perfect size. All the flavor was great. The green salsa was flavorful but no spice and the red salsa was spicy and good. I would definitely come back. View all feedback.
What Linda Nichols doesn't like about Fito's Taco Shop:
Went to get my family a meal. Ordered 2 beef taco dinners and a beef tostada dinner. When I got home discovered the tostadas were not beef but bean. The tacos were almost inedible as the meat was not drained and the taco shells had not only absorbed the grease but there was puddles of grease in the container. Lost a customer View all feedback.
Stopped in after the colossal cave tour, and the food was so good, service was fast, and it was quiet and relaxing to sit and eat!

This was my second time coming here. The first time was a few years ago and I did not like them at all. I tried them again this past weekend and I was happy with my order. My wife ordered a steak breakfast burrito and I got a bacon burrito. Both had eggs, potatoes and cheese. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were cooked just right and paired well with the other ingredients. I did not have the salsa but the burrito was flavorful. I/we may come back and try some other stuff from the menu. There are not a lot of options in vail but this one was decent. I would tell people to stop by and check them out.
Amazing quality and price. Unbelievable for the price. Exceeds expectations.
Has a home quick but yet excellent source of food. The menudo is some of the best in town!
