What Luis Cunha doesn't like about Bj's Brewhouse:
The staff for take-out orders need training in customer service skills and so do some waiters (guys). It 's been my experience that they don 't know how to be polite and say I actually don 't work in the take-out order department, but let me find you someone who can help you. Food is usually great, as is everything else. I think the cinnamon roll pizookie falls short. Stick with one of the classics. The roll is too hard to cut up and eat. View all feedback.
