I and my partner ordered an eggplant cake, with basil and salty ricotta for appetizer. We found it very bitter, perhaps for eggplants or for the basil too cooked. then we ordered a slice of squids filled with pistachio (very good) and branzino rolls with shrimps that have disappointed us a lot. was dry, too cooked, without flavor. we told the director, who admitted he saw the dish too cooked, golden and dry and apolo... Good service and good food. good cous cous but perhaps a little too aromatic. apartments very well hung. sophisticated.

Beautiful restaurant located just outside the movida of san vito (which makes it even more beautiful)! ideal for a romantic dinner. we booked with my partner pushed by the excellent reviews and there is to say that it was really worth it. tradition reinterprets in a fantastic way. from the antipasto of the quartet of Sicilian specialties,) tentacles of fried octopus on the pesto of trapani of which we made the bis!!!)passing for the classic and timeless cutting of the tuna, to end with the dessert ( Sicilian dog decomposed and semifreddo to the pistachio). All right! an added value the incredible friendliness and attention of the staff, something not so discounted in August in a resort. more than adequate account! try absolutely!
Restaurant of a hotel, however open to all, located in a lush garden with beautiful atmosphere, attentive service with explanation of dishes, very good starters, the first and the couscus of which explained the traditional recipe of s. vito. Congruous price to content
Glamorous local, attentive service, elaborate dishes, well-trained. all inviting, right portions and presentation of the cured dish. good choice also regarding the selection of wines. I know nothing less than what you can expect from such a club to san vito.
