Rifugio Alpe Di Senes

Followed our hosts 's tip to visit this place for an evening meal featuring genuine local cuisine. The road up was an interesting challenge dissestata doesn 't quite cover it but the road down was good well worth looking out. We were after season and alone in the restaurant, which is tucked away among green pastures surrounded by high pines way up the hillside overlooking San Vito. The food was everything we had hoped for, the crackling log fire just cosy, service friendly and prices correct.

Came across after a hike Came back again and again Great food Great staff. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Great for vegans.

This gem of a place at the end of the walk trail up the mountains is run by a friendly couple. The food was generous and delicious in a home cooked fashion and the desserts were delectable. The magnificent views outside made the meal even more special. It was a long trek up on a cold day but it was worth it.

Come da titolo, per rivedere un bellissimo posto, ho deciso di vivere insieme a mio marito questa situazione, per completare il tutto abbiamo deciso di fermarsi a pranzare qui e devo dire che siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti, ritorneremo sicuramente anche con i ns migliori amici. Complimenti sinceri ai gestori.

Il posto è abbastanza vicino a san vito. la sera meglio fare il tragitto in macchina ovviamente, per il buio e la strada, ma all'arrivo la sorpresa è piacevole. il locale forse è un po' rimasto fermo nel tempo, ma nel complesso la cucina ci parsa ottima. ho visto alcuni commenti sul prezzo, ma non ho pagato io, per cui non saprei dire. di sicuro la proprietaria è stata molto cortese e disponibile. ci ha dato indicazioni per noi preziosissime per poter andare a vedere le marmotte il giorno dopo e di questo gliene sarò sempre grato
