Si trova sulla via principale ed all’esterno domina il cartellone con scritto baccalà e trippe: parcheggiate l’auto ed entrate. Locale storico, sala per mangiare semplice nell’arredo e punto forte il menù: ottima cucina casalinga con ingredienti di prima scelta. Baccalà superlativo come gli asparagi cucinati in modi diversi. Prezzo corretto per la qualità della materia prima impiegata per la preparazione dei piatti. Ci rivedremo per testare le trippe e l’upgrade a 5 stelle.

Schöner Kontrast zur meist Massenabfertigung in Palmanova. Also sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung. Lokale Gerichte, auch Besonderheiten wie Gerstenrisotto. Zwar keine Spitzenküche, aber sehr reell. Auch hundefreundlich da selber Haushund vor Ort. Günstiger und guter Hauswein.
