Seafood Carbonara, Pici with Aglione and Blue Fish, Tuna Porchetta, Special Sandwich with BBQ Beef, etc. etc.... These are just some of the fantastic dishes that you will be lucky enough to find at Gustomobile, a wonderful vintage Citroen van refurbished to become the best food truck around . An enviable view of the sea will be your companion to these wonderful, rustic, but refined dishes, just as the managers of this business are wonderful, rustic, but refined. Paolo and his compadres, like splendid Cantabrian anchovies, are barricaded inside, diligently sautéing and plating, well disposed to the joke, despite the stress required by their work. The procedure is this: There are relatively few places and above all you cannot book (and I love this), so first come, first serve... But be patient, someone will get up sooner or later. If you are lucky you will be able to find a seat at the tables overlooking the sea, otherwise, with great tranquility, you will find yourself in a spartan and friendly environment in which to sit, which is very pleasant in these times, in which all the other restaurateurs claim to do the gourmets and the radical chic, where an Instagrammable photo is more important than having a bit of healthy substance and taste. Order directly at the counter and then be called out to collect your more than satisfying dish. The times, depending on the preparations, the orders and the quantity of customers, could be a little long, but after all, if you are in too much of a hurry to enjoy something good, then go to one of the many other tourist places that will be happy to serve you frozen and poorly served stuff with fast food times. Personal advice: get yourself a bottle of their wonderful Vermentino, sit down with the people who are important to you, or even alone or, why not, at a table with some stranger who has a free seat, have a light chat and increase the craving for the dish being prepared. Once you 've finished eating, turn around and take a walk along the promenade that leads to the Talani statue, whose entrance is right there behind you... Behind that guy who is eating the one hundred and twenty-third seafood carbonara of the season (and which won 't be not even the last one). Which of course is me. Unfortunately I don 't have photos of the aforementioned delicacies, since the desire to devour them far exceeded that of taking two decent shots (there would be some photos of me licking the dishes, but I 'll spare you for decency 's sake). As a proud Sanvincenzino, they are a source of pride for San Vincenzo. Also mentioned in the Gambero Rosso guide, this cute food truck is worth a visit during your stay in San Vincenzo. The Gustomobile, San Vincenzo 's pride.

Simply wow! Brilliant idea, super friendly managers but above all the goodness of the food they offer is sublime. In detail, the tuna porchetta sandwich is, in my opinion, something unmissable and extraordinarily good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
