Subway - San Tan Valley

If i could give negative stars i would. i order only 3 sandwiches which were all fairly basic and every single one was wrong ?? genuinely shouldn’t be that hard to put some meat cheese and bread together. ?

Horrible! Would not recommend. I ordered pick up for 3 sandwiches, got home (mind u I don't live near here I was in the area visiting my parents) and order was complety wrong. None of the sandwiches had any of the items that I requested. They were dry (no mayo or mustard) I immediately called the store to request a refund and no answer. I wrote a complaint on Subways website and got a response and was told management from the store would contact me, I haven't heard from anyone since. This was almost 2 weeks ago. I tried calling the store again and it just rings.

Travel through here for work a couple times a month and will stop and grab a sandwich to go, the order is always ready and everyone is polite, the store is

Gave me the wrong bread on the first mobile order I've had with Subway, definitely never doing that again have to be there in person to make sure you point out what you want to the incompetent employees.

My family and I had a bad experience at this location. The employees seemed annoyed that we were there, and I could definitely tell that they were unhappy when we told them that we were ordering 7 sandwiches for the family. Given that this is a sandwich shop, I wouldn 't think this would be an issue, but it was. We won 't be returning to this location.
