Subway - San Tan Valley

The manager at this Subway is genuinely delightful, with the sweetest smile and an incredibly friendly demeanor. As a regular customer, I've had a chance to chat with her a few times, and she always makes me feel welcome. The store is kept exceptionally clean, and I think the complaints about cockroaches are exaggerated. Yes, there was one in the bathroom, but let’s be real: every home can have bugs sometimes, and it shouldn't stop you from visiting your favorite spot. As for the DoorDash drivers, people often expect their food to be ready in an instant, but they need to remember that we’re not machines. When they place orders from just a few minutes away, it can create pressure, but we do our best. Overall, this is the best Subway to visit!

The food is delicious, but the restaurant could improve on keeping the tables and floors clean throughout the day.

"The veggie sandwich was barely satisfactory. While the restaurant was clean and the staff friendly, the quality of the bread leaves much to be desired. The subway hasn't updated its offerings since the late 1960s, and it's high time it caught up with the competition in terms of their bread quality. The bread was dry, airy, and lacked flavor. I ordered the Italian herb cheese, but it was tasteless, and the toppings were overcooked and unappealing. This is why I can only give it 4 stars."
