Filibertos Mexican Food

Busy place great rice.......not no more from a previous post/review...... Fast-forward now to May 23rd 2022. Google says location closes at midnight on their door it says 11pm. We had an online order to be picked up ordered almost an hour prior. Got there 12 mins to. They had the doors locked while I knocked on the door and called them. There were two people in there. Order was paid for. No class disrespectful ignorant employees it's like someone looking at you and just spitting in your face. They are the people you want representing your brand. This was just blatant disrespect. You have lost a few customers and probably more. Thank you Filibertos

Took 45 min to get and table. When we finally got to order our food. It took another 45 minutes to get it. The food was actually good. Which was the only good thing. Then we went to pay our bill took over 20 minutes to pay.

Their prices continue to go up and the quality and quantity of their food continues to diminish. I got a carne asada burrito and it came with no quacamole, no pico, half the meat to fit the burrito and they added cheese for some reason? Not that I'm upset about them adding cheese when they normally charge an additional $2 for it. We called and they can't do anything without us bringing back the food and reciept. Already home now and not going back out now that the rest of the family is settled in and eating their dinner. I only gave a 3 because their flavors are decent and they are the only Mexican restaurant near me.

Food isn't bad but this may be the dirtiest location they have. Tables weren't fully cleaned even though the restaurant smelled of chemicals and the bar was stacked with dusty supplies and tables. They have more space than they actually need and the staff are clearly not maintaining it.

Every Tuesday for taco Tuesday, you know it! These guys have the best salsa bar of all the filibertos around that I have been to. Love their spicy green sause, and their chunky red make it my favorite spot
