Barro's Pizza - San Tan Valley

In a city that is otherwise quite free from vegan options, comes barro with its vegan crust and cheese through. at the time of this review they were not rechargeable for vegan cheese that is rare and appreciated. there are no vegan meat options, but they have many nice to choose. the brotsticks with vegan cheese are vegan and very tasty.

Foods amazing, best pizza in San Tan Valley, but Management I think may be a little negligent or ignorant to order times. I unfortunately had a bad experience with kids meals taking and extra 20 minutes after adult meals came out. As I waited near thekitchen waiting and waiting for my kids food Management seemed to make every effort to avoid eye contact. Leaving theresponsibility to the young teenagers who work the register. When all was said and done it was a bad experience and the issuewas never resolved, manager continued to hide, and I felt embarrassed for taking my neighbors out to dinner. I would suggest toall to continue to order take out. Dinning in is not a good option, stick with delivery. PS if you review Barro's be carefulof a BOT response that may ask for personal information. Do not share. Especially if they ask for your phone number.

The staff at this restaurant are truly exceptional! When I arrived 15 minutes early to pick up our pizza, I had to wait with my sons (ages 5 and 9) who were starting to get cranky. I wasn't expecting waiting to be enjoyable, but luckily, one of the employees was folding pizza boxes at the counter. My kids were captivated and asked if they could watch. The employee agreed and explained the process to them. When my boys wanted to try it themselves, she let them and guided them through it. They ended up helping fold boxes until our pizza was ready. Other employees stepped in to assist and supervise when the first employee had to answer the phone or assist another customer. What could have been a frustrating 15 minutes turned into a fantastic experience. My kids left the restaurant declaring they wanted to work at Barro's when they grow up. And on top of all that, the pizza was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Ordered over the phone for pickup. They told me 25-30 minutes. I showed up at exactly 25min and the pizza was sitting there waiting. Would be great if they could message you to tell you it's ready. Good pizza! They made it just right!

As of October 2022, this restaurant still deserves a solid 5-star rating. The menu is impressive, and I recently ordered delivery which included a Caesar salad, an Italian salad with deli meats, and ravioli with meatballs. The flavors were fantastic, the salads were cold and crisp, and the portions were huge. We could have easily shared one salad and had a free lunch the next day. The delivery was fast and the staff was friendly, making for a very positive experience. The attention to detail and quality, such as the large slices of Parmesan on the Caesar salad, was really good. I also ordered two salads for lunch in October 2021 and was pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery and the delicious, large portions of the antipasto salad with chicken and the Caesar salad. Despite a longer than expected wait for delivery, the quality of the food was worth it. The garden salad with blue cheese dressing was satisfying and the cheese ravioli with meatballs tasted like homemade comfort food. Overall, a great experience with generous portions and delicious flavors.
