Max's Bacolor - San Simon

We happen to try to eat there. The food was good. However, the vegetable side dish was served raw. Overall it was a good experience considering we are hungry.

Max's Fried Chicken has the power to convert even the most skeptical non-chicken lovers. As someone who doesn't typically enjoy fried chicken, I must say that Max's has changed my opinion. It is the best chicken option for those who aren't fond of chicken dishes. The crispy and flavorful coating, combined with tender and juicy meat, creates a unique taste that surpasses expectations. If you haven't been a fan of fried chicken before, give Max's a try and prepare to be pleasantly surprised.

We stopped here to wait for traffic to pick up heading back to Manila. This Max's looked fairly new and we were the only customers when we entered. The place was very clean and tidy. The food was tasty and the portions were just right. More customers walked in soon after we had our food and the service was noticeably the same as ours. You can't go wrong with having a meal at Max's.

A crew offered me a chair since i was waiting outside the restaurant with my fur baby.
