I ate very well despite initially I was a bit tyrant because I, like many, was used not to look for news. I can say that I totally believed: the pinsa was exquisite, the very light and condiment-rich dough that was not lacking in any slice and that, contrary to how you might believe, does not leave heaviness once finished eating. The staff was very courteous, all very friendly and accommodating, and the cozy and comfortable place where you feel comfortable. I went out really happy and satisfied, I will definitely come back!
When the owner of a local is allowed to write to a client who is ignorant and has the intelligence of a monkey, as he did on Goolge only because this customer dared to write a critical review, as at table here they are not served cutlery, (what never seen in any pizzeria/pinseria, not even in Rome where I live), then proves to be really unintelligent, worse than the monkey he speaks of. Because before the quality of the products comes the availability and courtesy, concepts clearly unknown to him, also and especially in the answers to reviews. Because it loses its reputation and makes a bad image, which only goes to its huge disadvantage. That said, he who speaks of ignorance, should know, but does not know, that the covered, which you pay, previews napkin glasses dishes and cutlery, the service is apart, and consists precisely in getting the customer out of his satisfied room. So, covered or uncovered, cutlery is given, especially when a customer asks you, point. Then he sees it. But ask the cutlery, it only gives me the fork without knife, with the explanation that the dough of the pinsa is such that...you can not cut! Unbelievable. Many have tried without success, then he no longer gives the knife. Not even if you ask. Ridiculous and absurd. It would be better to say that you don't have them, I repeat that everywhere in the penseries give fork and knife, with which you cut the clamp without any problem. It is clear that when he speaks of ignorance and intelligence as a monkey, he makes introspection.
Location, quality of the Pinsa and freshness of the top ingredients, absolutely nothing to recriminate, otherwise I would not have gone for the third time. However, the service is to be reviewed completely, motivation of my 3 stars, otherwise I would have quietly attributed the maximum, because, in doing so, you run in the risk of being influenced by this gap, unfortunately very evident, and, consequently, losing adventurous.
Taste rich products presented in a defined gourmet way. Staff available and friendly. I can't wait to get back!
