Beautiful discovery in the historic center of San Severo. Excellent cuisine with quality ingredients and great care in the preparation. Complete the presentation a good choice of wines and the rare presence of live music and theatrical performances. I count below expectations. Recommended

To try again.... some mistakes have been there, but I do not feel to fail a successful evening and in any case during which there have also emerged several merits, from attention to the customer to the professionalism demonstrated in the ability to suggest and match the different dishes. Tip: the first Vesuvius was cold both because of the stracciatella above and for the bottom cream is fave... remedy please
Today, January 2, 2023, we stayed at this place with my wife and another couple. The reception we have reserved the owner and her husband was warm and special. The atmosphere is very pleasant and inclusive. The bruschettas and stuffed focaccias were delicious. The menu is wide and quality. Wines also deserve attention and consideration. The logistics of the rooms is functional and has a spacious and clean toilet. Today there were no cultural and/or theatrical events, but the local has a space dedicated to them with about 40 seats. For my experience this place, which is known as APS, is a jewel to protect for the cultural contribution and intelligent sociality that offers to the city of San Severo and its vast area.
