First time from a starry, I couldn't ask for better. A long evening in the company of the chef, sommelier and waiters, who have served us with great professionalism and the right pinch of sympathy and familiarity. A real cuddle! We took the contemporary menu, with some adjustments for food intolerances. The staff and chef Fossaceca are extremely helpful to meet customers for small changes in the dishes, while keeping their recipes intact and original.
