The food was extremely average! We chose Mario's Bistro over the other pubs on the strip because of their extensive menu, but it turned out to be a poor choice. The food was disappointing. We shared what we thought was bruschetta, but what we received was some burnt, chopped breadsticks accompanied by two bowls—one filled with hummus and the other with grilled peppers swimming in oil. I had the breakfast burger and it was perfect. All the flavours were balanced and had beautiful texture, aroma, mouthfeel and most importantly taste. The caramelised onion on the milk bun with the perfectly cooked eggs and wonderfully fresh greens really hit the spot. Anza is the perfect host who is passionate about everything in his Cafe. Quick and friendly service. Food and coffee were surprisingly good. It's on the pricier side, breakfast with coffee for 2 cost $55.

This cafe is a gem! Good coffee, always good service, great food and specials options. Comfy and inviting interior. Always make sure I drop in when I’m taking a trip to the Island.
